BWC Registration, Spring 2023

Thank you for registering for our Spring semester! Please fill in the form below to register. Family pairs can use the same form to register. We are using a sliding scale for adults, so please indicate: how much you would like to pay for the semester, how much you would like to pay to register today (at least $40 is required except if applying for financial aid) AND how much will be due by March 30 (if paying a partial amount today). Please enter just the number amount in field WITHOUT a dollar ($) sign!

You may pay by credit card or by mailing in cash/check/MO (just be sure to choose your preference at the bottom of the form - and Please DO NOT MAIL CHECKS TO BECKY, only to our PO Box) no later than March 3 for returning singers (new singers can register through our second rehearsal).

Use this form if you are also applying for Financial Aid. Once you check the financial aid box, the appropriate financial aid form questions will appear. Please complete them, pay the $20 financial aid application fee (either by credit card or by mailing in cash/check). All financial aid applications must be submitted by March 30. You will be notified via email by April 5 about financial aid, after which any remaining payment will be due. 

Although this online process will enormously help us to streamline the registration and financial aid process, if you would prefer to register and pay solely by mail, you may download and print the registration and/or financial aid form(s) here (at the end of Becky's letter).

Please note that all financial aid applications and final payments are due by Thursday, March 30 unless an arrangement has been made ahead of time with our treasurers, Ruth Wilmot or Linda Bailey.

To pay the remainder of your balance by March 30 (this is if you are not paying the full amount today), please use this link to pay with a credit card or simply mail in your check.

If you are registering for Zoom, a separate email will be sent the week of rehearsals with the Zoom link!
