Heidi Wilson

Deep Winter Singing

Sunday, February 9 from 2-5 pm
First Congregational Church, West Brattleboro

Join Heidi Wilson (composer of “Little Duck”) for a warm and welcoming afternoon of singing together! Heidi will lead accessible, harmony-rich songs to celebrate deep winter, to revel in the power of collective singing, and to stoke our internal fires of hope. All songs will be taught by ear and all Women’s Chorus singers (past, present and future) are welcome!

Heidi Wilson’s passion is to share songs in service to community and the wild world; songs that honor the seasons, bring groups together, offer thanks, muster courage, and make room for healing. Heidi has been leading community singing groups in Vermont for the last 15 years and is a member of Heartwood Trio. She has worked with the Summit School of Traditional Music and Culture, Village Harmony, Burlington Integrated Arts Academy, Young Tradition Vermont, the Unitarian Church of Montpelier and Sterling College.

This workshop is open to any past, present or future Brattleboro Women’s Chorus singer (open to anyone aged 10 and up who identifies as female or non-binary and whose vocal range includes the A in the middle of the treble staff). Are you also interested in singing with us this spring? Learn more and register here!

The cost is on a sliding scale of $25-$100 per person (with the true cost being $40). Register Online Below by February 5th.
